How do I track my package?
You can track your package using your order number and email address by going to the Track My Order section on our website.
What are the shipping times for your products?
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours, but sometimes it can take up to 48 hours. Your order will then be handed over to the carrier, and you will receive your order within 5 to 8 days. (Depending on the time of year, promotions, and shipping service.)
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all orders for a limited time.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, absolutely. We deliver worldwide.
Where do we ship your product from?
Our offices are located in USA. Our international warehouse is located in China. However, following our recent expansion, we are planning to launch our next collections from a warehouse in USA, which will allow us to deliver in USA in less than 7 days.
I haven't received all the items in my order. What's happening?
Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If, for example, your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us a message via the website's contact form and we'll send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
What is the quality of the products you offer?
Our items are carefully crafted by professionals; we prioritize the quality of materials to create quality items.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal. However, we do not accept checks, money orders, or bank transfers.
